Terms & Conditions – Free Website Offer

Eligibility

• This offer applies to new clients who sign up for a 12-month marketing package with DARKHORSE Consvlting.
• Offer is valid until 30 September 2025, unless ended earlier at DARKHORSE Consvlting’s discretion.

Website Inclusions

• Clients will receive a WordPress website valued at up to NZD $500, free of charge.
• The website includes up to 5 pages (unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand).
• If a client requires a larger or more complex website (e.g., e-commerce or additional functionality), this will be quoted separately, and the NZD $500 credit may be applied towards the quoted price.
• Initial and ongoing hosting costs are not included.

Delivery

• Once the agreement is signed and onboarding begins, the website will be delivered within 14 business days, provided all required content and information are supplied on time by the client.

Early Cancellation

• If the client cancels the 12-month marketing package before the end of the contract term, the full $500 cost of the website will become payable immediately.

General Conditions

• DARKHORSE Consvlting reserves the right to end or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
• DARKHORSE Consvlting reserves the right to decline any client at its sole discretion.
